The recommendations in the action plan focus on 5 themes:

– development of innovative integral building concepts;
– knowledge and experience network Result-Oriented Collaboration with policy officers of municipalities and employees of housing associations;
– inspiring examples in Fryslan and the Netherlands on stage;
– integral monitoring & benchmark (co-production PBL and Frisian Social Planning Bureau);
– good client
– contractorship.

The themes always relate to new construction, renovation & management and internal operations (joint purchasing, knowledge valorisation, digitization & standardization of the corporation (the so-called 3 action tracks).

The plan was developed together with the sustainability working group of the fryske corporations.
